Privacy
This is a small, static campaign website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no comments and no account system. Reading these pages requires no information from you, and no cookies or tracking scripts are placed on your device.
If you email us
The site shows a campaign email address. If you choose to write to it, we use your address and message only to reply and to organise the campaign; we do not share them, and we delete them when no longer needed. Emailing us is not a planning objection — objections must go to the council.
External links
Links on this site take you to independent services — chiefly the council's planning register, council information pages, and pages explaining photo licences. Once you leave this site, those services' own privacy policies apply.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, the platform may process limited technical information (such as your IP address) to serve pages securely and defend against attacks. We do not add any analytics on top of this.
Objecting to the planning application
This is separate from our website. If you submit an objection to London Borough of Tower Hamlets, that is a formal representation to the council. The council normally publishes your name and address on its public planning register, while withholding your signature, telephone number and email address. That is the council's process, not ours — see the council's guidance on commenting before you submit.
Your rights
This website holds no information about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. The only personal information we could ever hold is an email you have chosen to send us — and you can ask us to delete that at any time by writing to the same address: keepvictoriaparkopen@proton.me.
